A Love Yoga class is a our perfect hour, a hybrid of Katonah Yoga, Iynegar and Vinyasa.  Expect perspective shifting dialogue that will inspire you to take ownership of your well being and atypical yoga moves mixed in with the classic postures we all love..  You will build heat through pranayama, flip your wrists, and approach the physical practice from a completely fresh point of view.  Alignment is based on sacred geometry and ancient numerical archetypes and the theory pulls heavily from Katonah Yoga, Chinese Medicine and Taoism.  We think of it as a longevity practice, an hour to come and  take care of your body for increased functionality and joy!


Expect to build heat in this flowing, well being practice.  Breath and movement will be syncopated to calm the nervous system and energize the body.  You will flush your joints, break a sweat, and gain increased mobility.  This is our LOVE YOGA vinyasa class.


Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep.  In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation.  The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation.  Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice.


If you are looking for a class that is slightly more active than Yin or Restorative but still has rejuvenating effects on the nervous system, then this class is for you!  Together, we carve out time and space to connect to our breath and our physical bodies with a sense of wonder and curiosity. This class moves at a slower pace and is heavily influenced by Iyengar Yoga and PT exercises.  Highly recommended to combat daily stresses and anxiety, this class is all about getting to know the mechanics of your body while making a connection to what the body might need from you at this time. It is gentle approach to the practice with an emphasis on stabilization and “active stretching”. 


This 90 minute class combines the best of both worlds.  The first hour is a sweaty, intricate vinyasa practice that warms and opens you.  The last 30 minutes is Yoga Nidra, the practice of Yogic Sleep. You will be guided you through a detailed sleep meditation savasana that will leave you completely and utterly relaxed.  30 minutes of Nidra is the equivalent of 4 hours of deep rest.


Jack yourself up, rotate your tires, check your fluids! Maintain your body the same way you maintain your car. In this class, expect to use a lot of props to support the geometry of your body, life scaffolding for the bones and the muscles begins to reshape.  Know where you go habitually and correct bad habits through conscious awareness.. Organize the internal for optimal functionality.


Hip Love

This class will be focused on unraveling deeply held conditioning in the pelvis by slowly moving and sweetly lingering in each geometrical posture. This offers the potential to reveal personally held patterns in the body/mind and space to rewrite the foundational narrative of the personal story. This fluidity in the pelvis creates a stable foundation in which to become more confident and capable in the world, with a vision that becomes expansive, circumstantial, and directional.
