LOVE YOGA

A Love Yoga class will spark your imagination with metaphor and visualization.  Expect lots of theory and perspective shifting dialogue that will inspire you to become the center of your own universe.  You will build heat through pranayama, flip your wrists, and approach the physical practice from a completely different point of view.  Alignment is based on sacred geometry and ancient numerical archetypes and the theory pulls heavily from Katonah Yoga, Chinese Medicine and Taoism.

LOVE FLOW

Expect to build heat in this flowing, well being practice.  Breath and movement will be syncopated to calm the nervous system and energize the body.  You will flush your joints, break a sweat, and gain mobility.  This is our quintessential vinyasa class.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep.  In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation.  The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation.  Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice.

For first-timers or for those who want to reconnect and refine the fundamentals, New Love offers a true breakdown of the nuances of our beloved practice..  Friendly, accessible and for everyone, this class is your perfect first yoga class and resource you can always come back to when you want a thoughtful experience.

SELF LOVE

Think warm candle light and soft sounds.  Slow, spacious yin-like movement to awaken subtle body awareness.  Breath work to clear and calm your nervous system.  Twenty minutes of meditation.  This class is a relaxing indulgence that everyone can benefit from, whether you are a seasoned meditator or a complete yin newbie.

TOUGH LOVE

Tough Love is our most physically challenging class.  Expect to be led into arm balances and inversions by our expert teachers.  These classes create a powerful alchemy within the body and mind through challenge.  Soak in the transformed feeling as you walk out the door.

SCULPT YOGA

Designed to ignite energy on the mat, this powerful vinyasa class is complimented with free-hand weight integration, plyometric endurance, and isometric metabolism stimulation to build strong lean muscles.  In this packed 1-hour class you will tighten your entire body, challenge your stamina and walk out feeling confident and inspired.

SWEET LOVE

Sweet Love moves you into deeper stretches with the sweetest delivery.  Sweet Love focuses less on strength and alignment and more on cultivating a positive mental attitude and feelings of self acceptance and joy.  If you want to take care of yourself while doing your practice, this class is for you.

FLOW x NIDRA

This 90 minute class combines the best of both worlds.  The first hour is a sweaty, intricate vinyasa practice that warms and opens you.  The last 30 minutes is Yoga Nidra, the practice of Yogic Sleep. You will be guided you through a detailed sleep meditation savasana that will leave you completely and utterly relaxed.  30 minutes of Nidra is the equivalent of 4 hours of deep rest.

PRENATAL LOVE

A prenatal practice can help you relieve pregnancy aches and pains, prepare for birth and connect with local moms-to-be.  Along with performing postures modified for the needs of your trimester, you'll cultivate a breathing practice, develop stamina and strength and improve balance and circulation.  This class is a must for all our Love moms-to-be.
