The New Moon marks the beginning & end of every Lunar Cycle. It is when the Moon is directly aligned with the Sun, appearing as if it has vanished from our sky. We can use the energy of this time to go inward & bring forth our deepest intentions. By gathering in a circle with other women, we can provide support, share & connect with one another, helping to manifest & magnify our intentions out into the Universe. When we come together for this sacred event, so many women all over the world will be doing the same. Expect a meditation, a brief discussion on the astrologic energy of this particular New Moon, journaling, sharing & take home a special gift from Moon Body Soul.

Using music converted from the vibrational energy of plants Joe will lead breathwork and mediation for the first portion of the experience to drop us in. As the energy of the room shifts, the response of his plants and the music it generates will follow. Greg will accompany with crystal bowls, live analog synthesizers, ambient guitar, nature sounds, and chimes all tuned to 432hz and the experience will culminate to a sonic tapestry of plant music and Greg’s improvisations that will realign your energy field, wash away what you no longer need, and usher in what you desire.

The Asana Lab Live - with Alexandria Crow Not a workshop. Simply Practice. You asked for more practice time. You asked to through and through be able to be a student again in a public class, even those of you who are teachers. You asked to have the chance to learn by doing. You asked to be inspired so that your practice becomes your own again and so that you have more to give the students you teach. You asked to be presented with new and effective methods and techniques that will allow you can deepen your direct personal experience with yoga’s philosophy while still engaged in a physical practice that has all the qualities you love and maybe some of the qualities that you miss. You asked to move, and to explore, and to work, to find ease, and to learn. That’s what these classes aim to deliver. A return to your yoga practice. ———— Class Description - Each class will be 2 hours long and will start with a short 15 min introduction to the day's topic and concepts, then a 90 minute physical practice, and will close with a 15 min explanation and Q&A. All levels - New students, long term students, teachers, anyone and everyone is welcome and will be fully accommodated as always.
