Combining fascia flossing (deep resistance stretching) and restorative yoga to explore and restore our physical and energetic bodies.
Fascia Flossing, as it's called, doesn't just scratch the surface – it remaps the fascia network of your body. Through a tailored blend of physical manipulation, guided resistance movement, and muscle elongation techniques, it's like giving your body a personalized renovation.
Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. Unlike more active styles of yoga that involve dynamic movements and strength-building poses, restorative yoga involves passive poses supported by props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks. The idea is to create a comfortable and nurturing environment that allows the body to release tension and stress.
Benefits of Fascia Flossing and Restore Yoga practice:
Reduce muscle tension and experience pain relief
Improve the immune system
Nervous system regulation
Remove stagnation and stored stress
Allowing space for deep relaxation
Improve mobility and posture
Tension relief
