For our Italian Summer Retreat we will be staying in an 18th century "Masseria," (farmhouse) that has been completely restored, in the perfect time before the heat and the crowds get overwhelming. The 14 acre property is up on a hill half way between the Adriatic and Ioninan Seas. This idyllic estate features incredible architecture, a beautiful pool, yoga space, and pathways to the neighboring forest. Along with exploring the grounds and visiting local markets, we will swim in both the Ionic and Adriatic seas!
Prepare to immerse yourself in simple Italian pleasures, healthy and alkalizing food, and a yoga program designed to deepen your practice and transform your mind and body. Massages are available for booking upon arrival.
One day. during the week, we’ll go to Ostuni for lunch and beaching in one of Puglia’s most picturesque towns.

Each guest room is unique, full of character and furnished to reflect different styles consistent with the building to create a relaxed, calming and laidback atmosphere. Each room has a private bathroom.

GETTING THERE
Flights and transportation to the retreat center are not included. We will create a sheet with everyones arrival time so that way we can help organize shared rides.
We recommend flying to Rome (its much more affordable) and then to Bari Airport (hour and half drive to the retreat center) or the Brindisi airport (an hour to the retreat center).

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 45 days of retreat date: 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 30 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
