I look at each practice as a journey, you begin in one place and end in another. I concentrate on the alignment of the body, contraction and expansion of the muscles, and connecting movement with breath. We step onto the mat to gain techniques not only for our physical practice, but also for our everyday life.

I enjoy adding in Katonah theory to my flows, so many of them are filled with mystical metaphors, Chinese medicine, patterns, and fits.

Yoga is my addiction, getting lost in the mountains is the norm, I love peanut butter cups, and Iā€™m obsessed with huskies (especially my fur baby Meeko-Leloo)
