KELSEY BOYLE

Kelsey found yoga on a rainy Pittsburgh afternoon following a long day of dance rehearsals. What she thought was going to be a cross training modality to complement her ballet career slowly turned into an all-encompassing lifestyle.

Within months of this first yoga class she began her 200hr training after finding that the mental, spiritual, and emotional side of the practice offered much more than her original relationship with the physical. She has been a mover for her entire life, and brings her innate knowledge of the body to her classes stemming from her 10+ years of dance research.

She brings playful, fluid movement and creative expression into her sequences. You can expect to feel supported, tuned in, and challenged in Kelsey's classes. Kelsey loves to be a student and is always continuing her pursuit of knowledge as a yoga teacher, having most recently completed her 300hr training. Kelsey is a loving cat mama and a surfer, and if she's not in the studio, dance or yoga, you can probably find her in the ocean!
